Description: Our delicious organic mild curry powder blend is certified organic by the Soil Association. It’s a choice selection of some of the finest spices ready ground and blended for your convenience which makes an excellent choice for making curries where you require an aromatic flavour, with a minimal heat. It is an aromatic blend of ground coriander, turmeric, fenugreek, mustard, salt, ginger, cumin, chilli, cloves, cassia and allspice.

To make a mildly spiced curry sauce, fry a chopped onion in a little oil or ghee, add 1-2 teaspoons of our mild curry powder, a tin of tomatoes and water, bring to the boil and simmer, stir in cooked chicken, fish or vegetables, and serve with basmati rice. A pinch of curry powder can be added to egg and cheese dishes, sauces and salad dressings and soups, how much you use depends on how spicy you want your finished dish to be.
Sprinkle a little over freshly made popcorn and potato crisps for a spicy savoury twist, why not add a little to a breadcrumb coating for chicken or fish to bring the flavours of India to the table? Stirred into baked beans will give an exciting twist to their flavour and make an unusual topping for a baked potato.
