Tracking Your Delivery:
If you opt for a tracked delivery option in the checkout, you are able to track your order. Simply click on the link in your order dispatch confirmation email. To receive tracking updates by SMS, please ensure you have provided your mobile number in the checkout. Unfortunately, mobile SMS updates are not available with all courier services.

Unsuccessful Deliveries:
Our delivery partners have procedures in place to handle any deliveries that cannot be made. If the parcel containing your order cannot be delivered a calling card will be left - please follow the instructions on this calling card to collect or reschedule delivery of your order. The time a courier will hold your parcel before returning it to us varies dependingon the provider.
If your parcel is returned to JustIngredients we will hold it here for 14 days. We'll do our best to get in contact with you however,if no contact is made after 14 days regarding re-delivery of the order, all goods will be unpacked, returned to stock and your order will be refunded.
