Please leave 3-4 working days for your order to arrive after despatch. For larger orders containing 15 items or more, please allow 1-2 working days extra.
We offer free shipping to the UK mainland on all orders over £50.00, providing the weight of the order is less than 120kg. Orders greater than 120kg in weight are shipped by pallet as a bulk weight order.
Multiple Shipping Locations
To prevent allergen contamination, and to maintain the quality of our products, we have multiple packing and despatch locations.
All herbs, spices and botanical items will be shipped from location A.
All wholefoods will be packed and shipped from location B.
Separate postage charges will apply when ordering products from separate shipping locations. For example, if your basket contains items from both location A and location B, two shipping charges will apply.
Any free shipping discounts will apply to only one shipping location at a time. For example, if the items ordered in your basket totals £50.00 and ALL the items in your basket are to be shipped from location A, our free shipping discount applies.
If you add items to your order which require shipping from a second location, the items from the second location will not be eligible for our 'Free shipping over £50' discount. Unless the items being despatched from the second location also total £50.00.
Our Shipping Partners
JustIngredients have a very close relationship with all of our shipping partners. We spend time with each of our partners to ensure they offer you the customer the best possible prices, and most importantly the best possible service on behalf of JustIngredients.
Orders up to 900g are sent via Royal Mail first class post. We prefer to use Royal Mail for smaller orders as they offer competitive rates and a nationwide service. Many of our customers have a good personal relationship with their postman ensuring that goods will be delivered or will be left in a safe place for them if they are out.
Orders over 900g are sent via Interlink Express to the UK and Overseas. Interlink are part of Europe's largest courier service and they have an excellent reputation.
Interlink Express offer their ‘Predict’ 1 hour delivery window text service that notifies you by text and email of the time that your delivery should take place. In the event that you are not able to accept your delivery at this time you can simply text or email back to arrange another time that is more convenient.

Your parcel will produce ZERO CO2 at no COST to you.
Both Royal Mail and our couriers have robust procedures in place to handle any deliveries that cannot be made.
Royal Mail: If the parcel containing your order cannot be delivered by Royal Mail for any reason, a 'While you were out' card will be posted through your letterbox, containing details of where your parcel can be collected from.
You can use the card to contact Royal Mail online to arrange a re-delivery of your parcel to your home or to your local post office (for a small fee).
You can also ask your regular postman to check if your parcel is at the depot for you.
Your parcel will be held at the depot for approximately 5 working days, after this time, your order will be returned to us.
Interlink Express: If parcel containing your order cannot be delivered, the parcel will be returned to the depot. Interlink Express will attempt to re-deliver the next working day. A card will also be issued with details of how you can re-arrange delivery if needed. If delivery cannot be made after two attempts, your parcel will be held at the depot for 5 working days and will then be returned to us.
If the parcel is returned to JustIngredients by Royal Mail or by the courier, it will be held here at JustIngredients for 14 days, pending the customer making contact regarding their order.
If no contact is made by the customer after 14 days regarding re-delivery of the order, all goods will be unpacked and returned to stock.
Individual (non-business) Clients
Shipping and VAT to UK clients: We do not charge a delivery fee on orders over £50 (excluding VAT). For orders under £50 (excluding VAT), we charge a weight based fee. Carriage is subject to VAT at a rate of 20%.
VAT on products within the UK: Some of our products are non-food items and some (not all) are subject to VAT at 20%. This tax is only detailed when you go into the payment process.
Shipping and VAT to EC clients: All goods to non UK addresses are couriered and delivery can be tracked.

Shipping and VAT to Non EC clients: All goods to non UK addresses are couriered and delivery can be tracked.
VAT on products: Sales of our goods to Non EC countries are “Zero rated” and VAT is not applicable. VAT on carriage: There is no VAT on carriage to Non EC countries.
EC businesses: If you are an EC registered business which has a VAT number (#), no VAT is chargeable. Please do not order online at this stage. Please send us your business details including your VAT # and clearly indicate the items you require (with quantity) and we will contact you. Email: email@example.com
