Latin Name: Peumus boldus
Plant Family: Monimiaceae
Other Names: Boldus, Boldoa, Boldina, Boldine, Boldoak, Boldea, Baldina and Molina.
Description: These glorious green leaves have a slightly bitter flavour that can be used as a culinary herb once infused in boiling water.
SUGGESTED USE
Add to fish, mushroom, and vegetable dishes and stir into sauces. Infuse in boiling water and serve as a healthy herbal tea every now and then.DISCLAIMER
