It all begins in the fertile soil of tea plantations, where dedicated farmers tend to their verdant fields with meticulous care.

Under the gentle caress of the sun and the nourishment of pristine mountain waters, the tea bushes flourish, their vibrant green leaves unfurling in the breeze. 

 

Harvesting the Essence 🍃

As the tea leaves reach their peak of flavour and fragrance, they are skilfully and carefully plucked from the bushes.

Timing is crucial, as only the tender, young leaves and buds are selected for harvest, ensuring the highest quality and freshest flavour.

 

Withering and Fixing 🌞 

Once harvested, the tea leaves undergo a series of artisanal processes to preserve their natural goodness and delicate flavour profile.

They are gently withered to reduce moisture content. 

 

Rolling and Shaping🌱

Next comes the art of rolling and shaping, where the withered leaves are skilfully manipulated to coax out their unique aromas and flavours.

This step helps to release the natural oils within the leaves, enhancing their fragrance and creating the distinctive shapes that characterise different varieties of green tea.

 

Drying and Sorting 🍵

Once shaped, the tea leaves are carefully dried to remove any remaining moisture, preserving their freshness and flavour for months to come.

They are then sorted and graded according to size, shape, and quality, ensuring only the finest leaves make their way into your teacup.

 

Brewing and Enjoying ☕ 

And finally, the moment we've all been waiting for—brewing and enjoying the exquisite flavours of green tea!

From the first delicate sip to the lingering aftertaste, each cup is a journey of discovery and delight.
